Where do you see yourself living?   Where do your dreams take you?

I can make it happen !

Tennessee is a beautiful place to live, work & play...let me show you around.

        <- East Nashville

The always growing, thriving, historic, and hip, East Nashville has become one of the city’s most-desired areas to live and play. Its low-key vibe and neighborly personality make this community a great place to escape without leaving town. It's known as “Nashville’s version of New York’s East Village,” East Nashville has attracted many musicians and visual artists to the neighborhood. Mingle with the patrons of the local hangouts and you’re bound to meet more than a few musicians and songwriters.

<-South Nashville

The South Nashville Community is filled with a rich history that includes Fort Negley, Tennessee State Fairgrounds, Tennessee Prep School, The Nashville City Cemetery, and even the Nashville Reservoir all of which tell great tales of days gone by and a younger Nashville.The South Nashville community, located is an older community and while it has maintained parts of its historical charm in parts of it one can find several industrial and commercial businesses.

North Nashville->

The North Nashville Community is one of the oldest in Nashville, is located to the north northwest of downtown Nashville. This small area covers Metro Center down to the border of Bicentennial Mall and includes a rich history of early Nashville. Close to downtown and the riverfront. New constuction is booming right now.

West Nashville ->

West Nashville real estate is primarily made up of small (studio to two bedroom) to medium sized (three or four bedroom) single-family homes and small apartment buildings. Most of the residential real estate is occupied by a mixture of owners and renters. Many of the residences in the West Nashville neighborhood are older, well-established, built between 1940 and 1969. A number of residences were also built between 1970 and 1999.
